The initial count of votes in yesterday’s local government elections is now available.
The initial count shows 20 036 formal votes cast, which means quota is 2005 votes. Declaration votes have not yet been counted, these would bump quota up a couple of votes.
So candidates need about 2010 votes to be elected.
